Coaches Development
Northern California Lacrosse Convention
The Northern California Chapter has placed primary focus on the development of coaches. As our sport has grown, the need for qualified coaches has grown. We hold our annual NorCal Lacrosse Convention (NCLC) in January The Northern California Lacrosse Convention (NCLC) is separated by levels for the men's and women's games with tracks for beginning (youth) and advanced (high school) coaches. The keynote speakers are top collegiate and national team men's and women's coaches.
The NCLC also features an administration track for Athletic Directors and program organizers.
The clinicians are local collegiate and high school coaches, officials and/or administrators who volunteer to share their knowledge and experience.
National and local lacrosse vendors and camps attend and sponsor the NCLC which is scheduled annually in January. View more information on the NCLC>>
